My mThrow device is charged, but is not showing when I try to Pair

If your mThrow device is charged and it is not showing up when you try to connect to it the device is most likely in SLEEP MODE.

If your mThrow device has been stationary for 10 minutes or longer it will go into SLEEP MODE to save battery life.  Simply move it or lightly shake it and the device will activate again.  Once you do this try going back into LIVE Mode in your App to pair your device.

If you still cannot see your device when you try to pair then there is a chance it's not charged.  Please place the device on the charging plate for a minimum of one hour and try pairing again.

Please NOTE: the device will always charge whether it is in SLEEP MODE or not.
